HTML Language

Jessie Keck
Hi all,
Our User Design Specialist noted that the language is = "" in the HTML tag.

The variable being passed is the {$language} variable, but I believe
that the proper variable to be used is the {$userLang} variable.

Changing line 2 in web/interface/templates/layout.tpl from
<html lang="{$language}">

to

<html lang="{$userLang}">

Seems to do the trick just fine.

-Jessie
